The strap itself is lovely and apparently well made. However, as I have already communicated to the Hipstrap team, the keyholes in the leather ends are far too small for my acoustic/electric Epiphone 12 string. I struggled for close to an hour, before giving up in total frustration, to get the leather ends on to my guitar’s strap buttons. If there was something on the Hipstrap website that warned customers that the holes in the leather were intended and sized only for electric guitars, I didn’t see it. Ivan reached out to me and offered a replacement strap; I accepted that offer but haven’t heard anything since then.
